All rates are subject to 5.5 per cent sales tax.
Internet access for an additional $25 per week.

The cottage has one double bed in each bedroom - and one sofa sleeper in the living room.

General Information:

• Check-in Saturday after 2 p.m.
• Check-out Saturday before 9 a.m.
• Two Bedroom cottage - 6 persons (4 adults) Strictly enforced. No exceptions.
• Maximum 2 parking spaces per unit.
• Maximum 1 boat docking space per unit.
• No bus, motorhome, or large truck parking.
• No tents, or camping.
• Registered guests only: Not more than 4 adults or 6 persons per cottage, are allowed on Breezy Bay Retreat property at any time. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Guests who at anytime have more people on retreat property than have been registered will be evicted and no refunds will be given.

We have personally updated the cabin to have a great Northwood's atmosphere with a lot of personal items and touches. Please treat everything with the love of your own home!

Accommodations Provided:

• Full kitchens including a stove, oven, refrigerator microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookwear, dinner service, glassware and silverware.
• All bed linens. (Sorry, towels are not provided).
• Alarm clocks, radio.
• Cable TV with 65 channels.
• Weber grill, lawn furniture, picnic table.
• Fire ring.
• Paddle boat.

Deposits and Final Payments:
A minimum advance deposit payment of 50% of the total rental rate is required to secure your reservation. Your telephone reservation will be held 7 days pending receipt of your advance deposit payment. Your remaining deposit will be due 7 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Advance deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Damage/Security Deposit:
A credit card number is required. This will only be used if any additional charges occur such as damage to property, lost keys, missing items, extra cleaning, and late check-outs. Late check-outs are charged at $40.00 per hour as Breeze Bay Retreat's cleaning staff is standing by.

MCCARTHY'S BREEZY BAY RETREAT LLC
"Rules & Regulations"

A. Registered Guest and Visitors. All persons on Breezy Bay Retreat Property, INCLUDING VISITORS, shall register. No guest shall invite or permit other persons on resort property without PRIOR REGISTRATION. GUESTS THAT ALLOW UNREGISTERED VISITORS ON BREEZY BAY RETREAT PROPERTY WILL BE EVICTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

B. Use of Facilities. The public facilities located at Breezy Bay Retreat, including, but not limited to, the beach, playground, and docks are for the exclusive use of registered guests and registered visitors only. The registered guest shall not invite or permit any unregistered persons on Breezy Bay Retreat property.

C. Maximum Persons per Cottage. A maximum of 6 person (4 ADULTS) per two bedroom cottage, including adults, children, and visitors, shall be allowed on Breezy Bay Retreat property at any time.

D. Parking Space. Parking space for two personal vehicles and one boat trailer are provided free with each cottage.

E. Boat Docking. One boat docking space is provided free with each cottage,

F. Pets. The guest or their invitee shall not keep or permit to be kept on Retreat property any dog, cat, bird or other animal.

G. Motor homes, pop up campers, or the pitching of tents of any kind are not permitted on Retreat property.

H. Motorcycles, ATV's. The use of motorcycles, go-carts, ATV's, or similar vehicles is not permitted on Retreat property,

I. Noise and Conduct. The activities and conduct of guests and their children shall be reasonable at all times and must not annoy or disturb other guests. Musical instruments, TV's, radios, stereos, etc., are to be played at a volume that will not annoy or disturb other persons. No basketball or volleyball playing, loud talking, or other activities that may be disturbing or annoying to other guests shall be allowed between the hours of 10:OO p.m. and 9 a.m.

J. Fireworks. Illegal fireworks, including firecrackers, shall not be used on Breezy Bay Retreat property at any time. Legal fireworks are permitted only on July 1st - 8th, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 11 :00 p.m.

K. Signs. The guest or their invitee shall not show or place any signs or notices of any type on Breezy Bay Retreat property.

L. Boating. Any person in a Breezy Bay Retreat boat shall follow all Wisconsin boating regulations.

M. Children. Parents shall provide adult supervision for their children at all times. Children shall wear life jackets on the docks. Children shall not dive from the docks, climb trees, or play on Robinson Road.

N. Safety. The guest shall not use charcoal or gas grills on the wooden decks or within four feet of a cottage. The guest shall not use or store gasoline or other combustibles in the cottage, in the storage space attached to the cottage, or on the wooden decks. Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings.

O. Furniture and Equipment. Indoor furniture, including sofa and chair cushions, shall not be removed from inside the cottage. Grills and lawn furniture shall not be taken off resort property. Cushions shall not be removed from patio furniture. Patio furniture shall not be removed from the cottage 3.

P. Cleanliness. Carpets shall be vacuumed. Dishes shall be washed. Stove, refrigerator, and bathroom shall be left clean. Guest will be charged for "extraordinary" cleaning including spot removal from walls, furniture, and carpets and stove and oven cleaning.

Q. Check-out Time. Check out is 9:00 AM SHARP. Late check out charges are $.5O per minute.

R. Damages. Except as prohibited by law, the registered guest shall pay Breezy Bay Retreat for costs to repair, replace or rebuild any portion of the premises, furniture, or furnishings damaged by the guest, or the guest's invitee.

The undersigned acknowledges receipt of a duplicate original and agrees to abide by each and all of the foregoing and understands that failure to do so will result in their eviction without refund.
